The capsules are made from powdered leaves, twigs, bark and sap and put into capsules. One needs to know which trees to harvest from. I have been taking Gumbi for many years.

Start with 1 capsule with Breakfast or Lunch, make sure that you eat a reasonable amount before taking the capsules, as they can sometimes make one feel nauseous.
